This is a spacious two-level construction of the best quality with the focal point being the pool and surrounding garden. A grand entrance and wrapping staircase welcome you to your vacation abode, which has been especially designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor living with lots of lounge area for sunning or reading.
Picture yourself at the kitchen bar enjoying Margaritas or gathering around the large dining table, both of which overlook the pool and a lush garden for a constant reminder that you are in the tropics. When not in the privacy of your garden oasis, you can enjoy long beach walks, body surfing, parasailing or toes-in-the-sand walks to this town’s lively centro or an easy jaunt to Puerto Vallarta or the many nearby villages, including La Cruz and its new marina. Golf, fishing and beaches are abundant. Three bedrooms include a master king suite with ample balcony overlooking the pool and its own en-suite bathroom. The second guest room has a double bed and the third room has the option of one king or two twins depending on guest’s needs.
All the comforts are included, modern kitchen and pantry with granite countertops, sold wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and no shortage of cookware and dishes for great mealtime events. All is very tastefully decorated with natural textures, warm colors and many reminders of Mexico’s rich arts and handicrafts. Beach umbrellas and boogey boards are provided.
