You can view the live listings of the 360Mexico’s Vacation Rentals by going to www.360Mexico.org/rentals

How are the listings sorted?
Listings are displayed based on level. Premium level listings will always display on the first page of results. Standard listings are displayed second followed by Basic listings.

Can I promote specials for my vacation rental?
All Premium level listings have the option to add specials. In addition to being promoted on the website, Premium level listings will also promoted on the 360Mexico.org Facebook page which reaches thousands of potential visitors.

How does 360Mexico attract visitors and promote our listing?
360Mexico.org is Mexico’s Banderas Bay home on the web. A large portion of our visitor’s type 360Mexico.org directly into their browser, bypassing the search engines. The only way to reach these visitors is with a presence on 360Mexico.org. We also advertise in Google so you don't need to.

Pricing and Payment

What is the pricing for adding my listing?
Premium level listings are $400 per year. Standard listings are $250 per year and Basic level listings are free. For a list of features included in each of the levels, please visit http://rentals.360mexico.org/list-your-property

How does the trial period work?
When you add your vacation rental listing to 360Mexico.org you will receive a one month, no-risk trial. If you do not cancel your subscription prior to the end of the 30 period, your credit card will automatically be charged.

 What is the subscription period?
Vacation rental listings are active for a one year period after activation.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made by Credit Card or by PayPal.

Account Information

Can I restore an old listing?
Yes. Expired and deactivated lisings can be renewed at any time. To restore an old listing, log into the members section at http://rentals.360mexico.org/user and click on the status of the old listing to restore and submit payment for the listing.

 I have an old account, how can I get my username and password?
Usernames and passwords can be retrieved by visiting http://rentals.360mexico.org/user
