How do I view the properties?

Just go to www.360Mexico.org/rentals. You can browse the sorted list of 360Mexico's properties, from there or you can also search based on city, number of bedrooms and rate per night.

Why do some of the rental listings look different?

360Mexico offers three levels of rental listing subscriptions (Featured, Premium and Free), depending on which level the Property Owner has selected will determine what features of the rental listing are enabled. Please visit our page list your rental to learn more.

How do I inquire about a rental?

Most listings on the 360Mexico's Vacation Rentals will have a contact form or a listed telephone number. Using the contact form will send a message directly to the property owner.

How long does it take to hear back from the owner?

Property owners will typically respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, however there is no guarantee you will receive a response. If the listing includes a telephone number, you may wish to use that option if you're looking for a quicker response.

How can I contact 360Mexico.org with questions?

How do I know the rental I'm interested in is legitimate?

Renters are encouraged to ask owners/agents all their questions and concerns prior to entering into a rental agreement. Renters are responsible for conducting their own investigations regarding prospective properties, owners, and agents. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about a property or owner.
